1. Western Caribbean/Southwestern Gulf of Mexico:
A westward-moving tropical wave located near the Windward Islands is 
producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms.  Environmental 
conditions appear conducive for slow development once the wave 
reaches the western Caribbean late this week.
