ZCZC MIATWOEP ALL TTAA00 KNHC DDHHMM TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 1100 AM PDT THU OCT 15 2015 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Depression Nineteen-E, located about a thousand miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. 1. An area of low pressure is expected to form a few hundred miles south-southeast of the Gulf of Tehuantepec this weekend. Environmental conditions are expected to be somewhat conducive for gradual development of this system early next week while it moves slowly west-northwestward off the southern coast of Mexico. * Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent * Formation chance through 5 days...medium...40 percent Public Advisories on Tropical Depression Nineteen-E are issued under WMO header WTPZ34 KNHC and under AWIPS header MIATCPEP4.
