For the eastern and central North Pacific east of 180 longitude:

Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane 
Narda, located well to the west-southwest of the southern tip of 
the Baja California Peninsula.

1. Well Southwest of the Southwest Coast of Mexico:
A broad tropical wave located about 450 miles southwest of 
Manzanillo, Mexico is producing a concentrated area of 
thunderstorms. Recent satellite-derived surface wind observations 
show that this system remains poorly organized. Environmental 
conditions are expected to become at least marginally conducive for 
gradual development by the early to middle portions of next week as 
the disturbance moves west-southwestward and then westward.
