For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

1. Approximately 800 miles east-southeast of Hilo, Hawaii (CP91): 
Disorganized showers and thunderstorms continue to the southeast of 
an area of low pressure. The low level center is becoming less 
defined and elongated as the system encounters strong shear. The 
environment around the system is expected to continue to become 
less conducive for development over the next couple of days as
the system moves westward to west-northwestward at 10 to 15 mph. 
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...10 percent.
* Formation chance through 7 days...low...10 percent.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 7 days.
