For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida is issuing 
advisories on Hurricane Fernanda, located about 2450 miles 
east of Hilo, Hawaii. A general west to west-northwest 
motion is expected to continue with some increase in 
forward speed over the next few days. Fernanda may cross into the 
Central Pacific basin on Friday.

The National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida is issuing 
advisories on Tropical Storm Greg (Eight-E), located approximately 
1100 miles east-southeast of Hilo, Hawaii. Tropical Storm Greg 
has moved into the Central Pacific Hurricane Center's area of 
responsibility overnight. The Central Pacific Hurricane Center will 
take responsibility for Greg with the 0500 AM HST/1500 UTC advisory 
issuance.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 7 days.

WMO header WTPZ32 KNHC and AWIPS header MIATCPEP2.
Forecast Advisories on Hurricane Fernanda are issued under 
WMO header WTPZ22 KNHC and AWIPS header MIATCMEP2.

issued under WMO header WTPZ33 KNHC and AWIPS header MIATCPEP3.
The latest Forecast Advisories on Tropical Storm Greg (Eight-E) was 
issued under WMO header WTPZ23 KNHC and AWIPS header MIATCMEP3.
