For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane 
Dora, located about 1400 miles east-southeast of the Hawaiian 
Islands, and on recently upgraded Tropical Storm Eugene, located a 
few hundred miles south-southeast of the southern tip of the Baja 
California peninsula.

Public Advisories on Eugene are issued under WMO header WTPZ31 KNHC 
and under AWIPS header MIATCPEP1.  Forecast/Advisories on Eugene
