000 ABPZ20 KNHC 110525 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1100 PM PDT Mon Jul 10 2023 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: Offshore of Southern Mexico (EP94): Shower and thunderstorm activity continues to become better organized in association with an area of low pressure located a few hundred miles south of the southern coast of Mexico. Recent satellite-derived wind data indicates that the system does not yet have a well-defined center, but is producing winds near tropical-storm-force to its west. Environmental conditions appear conducive for additional development, and a tropical depression or tropical storm is expected to form during the next day or two.
