For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on recently- 
downgraded Tropical Storm Blas, located several hundred miles 
south of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula, and on 
Tropical Depression Celia, located about 100 miles south-southwest 
of the coast of El Salvador.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
