000 ABPZ20 KNHC 262316 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 500 PM PDT Thu May 26 2022 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: South of the Gulf of Tehuantepec: Visible satellite imagery indicates that a broad low pressure system has formed in association with an area of disturbed weather located a couple of hundred miles south of the Gulf of Tehuantepec. Environmental conditions are expected to remain conducive for additional development, and a tropical depression is likely to form within the next day or two while the system moves west-northwestward or northwestward at 5 to 10 mph.
