For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane 
Felicia, located over the far southwestern part of the basin, and 
on Tropical Storm Guillermo, located more than 400 miles southwest 
of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
