For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center has issued the last advisory on
Tropical Depression Raymond, and is issuing advisories on Tropical
Depression Twenty-One-E, located well south of the southern coast of
Mexico.

The interaction between the remnants of Raymond and a developing
mid- to upper-level trough west of Baja California is expected to
bring heavy rainfall to portions of the southern Baja California
peninsula later today. No development of this system is
anticipated.
