For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on newly formed
Tropical Depression Twenty-E, located several hundred miles south
of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula.

A small area of low pressure located several hundred miles south
of the Gulf of Tehuantepec is producing disorganized showers and
thunderstorms.  Environmental conditions are forecast to be only
marginally conducive for development while the system moves westward
at around 10 mph during the next few days.

* Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent.
