For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

A low pressure system is expected to form during the next few days
several hundred miles south or south-southwest of the southern tip
of the Baja California peninsula.  Some gradual development will be
possible thereafter while the system moves slowly northward.

* Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent.
