For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on newly formed
Tropical Depression Four-E, located a few hundred miles southwest
of the southwest coast of Mexico.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.

and under AWIPS header MIATCPEP4. Forecast/Advisories are issued
