For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on recently
downgraded Tropical Depression Cosme, located several hundred miles
west-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula.

An area of low pressure could develop several hundred miles south
of the coast of southern Mexico in a few days.  Some slow
development of this system is possible late this week while the
disturbance moves westward to west-northwestward.
