For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

Disorganized showers and thunderstorms located several hundred
miles south-southwest of the Gulf of Tehuantepec are associated with
a tropical wave.  A low pressure area is expected to form in
association with this system in the next day or so.  Continued
development is expected after that, and a tropical depression is
likely to form by the middle of next week while the system moves
west-northwestward away from the coast of Mexico.
