For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Storm Sergio, located several hundred miles west-southwest of the
southern tip of the Baja California peninsula.

Disorganized shower activity located near the coast of southern
Mexico and extending offshore for a few hundred miles is associated
with a trough of low pressure.  Some slow development of this
system is possible during the next several days, if the disturbance
stays offshore of the coast of Mexico, while moving slowly
west-northwestward.
