000 ABPZ20 KNHC 052332 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 500 PM PDT Fri Oct 5 2018 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Sergio, located almost 1000 miles west-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. An area of low pressure located offshore the Pacific coast of southern Nicaragua is showing some signs of organization. However, the system is expected to drift northward over the next day or two and move inland over Central America on Saturday, which will end the opportunity for tropical cyclone formation.
