980 ABPZ20 KNHC 312315 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 500 PM PDT Tue Jul 31 2018 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on newly formed Tropical Depression Ten-E, located more than 800 miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula. An area of low pressure is expected to form several hundred miles south of the Gulf of Tehuantepec late this week.
