For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Storm Bud, located very near the southern tip of the Baja California
peninsula and on newly formed Tropical Depression Four-E, located
about 100 miles south of Acapulco, Mexico.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
