For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

A trough of low pressure located a few hundred miles south of the
southern coast of Mexico continues to produce a large area of
disorganized cloudiness and showers.  Environmental conditions are
expected to be conducive for development of this system, and a
tropical depression is likely to form within the next two to
three days while it moves slowly west-northwestward.

* Formation chance through 5 days...high...90 percent.
