For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Storm Otto, which is now located offshore of the Pacific coast of
Central America in the eastern North Pacific basin. Advisories on
Otto will be issued with eastern Pacific product headers beginning
at 100 AM PST (0900 UTC).

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.

East Pacific Public Advisories on Otto will be issued under WMO
header WTPZ32 KNHC and under AWIPS header MIATCPEP2.
East Pacific Forecast/Advisories on Otto will be issued under WMO
