000 ABPZ20 KNHC 281738 TWOEP TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 1100 AM PDT WED SEP 28 2016 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on recently downgraded Tropical Depression Roslyn, located several hundred miles west-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula, and on recently downgraded Tropical Storm Ulika, located well east-southeast of the Hawaiian Islands. Showers and thunderstorms associated with a trough of low pressure located near the southwestern coast of Mexico have increased since yesterday.
