000 ABPZ20 KNHC 131734 TWOEP TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 1100 AM PDT WED JUL 13 2016 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Celia, located about 1500 miles west of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula, and on Tropical Storm Darby, located about 550 miles south-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. Showers and thunderstorms associated with a tropical wave have increased to the south and southwest of the Gulf of Tehuantepec since yesterday.
