For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane
Celia, located more than 1000 miles west-southwest of the southern
tip of the Baja California peninsula and on Tropical Depression
Five-E, located a couple hundred miles south-southwest of
Manzanillo, Mexico.

An area of low pressure is expected to form several hundred miles
south of the coast of Mexico later this week.  Some subsequent
development of this newly formed system is likely while it moves
westward to west-northwestward at 10 to 15 mph.
