For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

Showers and thunderstorms associated with a broad area of low
pressure located about 400 miles south of Manzanillo, Mexico, remain
disorganized.  Environmental conditions appear to be conducive for
some slow development of this system, and a tropical depression
could form later this week while the disturbance moves west-
northwestward at around 10 mph.
