For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

Disorganized showers and thunderstorms continue in association with
a westward-moving trough of low pressure located about 600 miles
southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico.  However, upper-level winds are
expected to be unfavorable for tropical cyclone formation for the
next several days.
