000 ABPZ20 KNHC 131732 TWOEP TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 1100 AM PDT WED AUG 13 2014 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on recently upgraded Tropical Storm Karina, located several hundred miles south of the southern tip of Baja California, Mexico. A broad low pressure system, located about 1200 miles east-southeast of the Big Island of Hawaii, is moving westward at around 10 mph and should move into the central Pacific basin by Thursday.
