For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

Cloudiness and showers associated with a broad area of low pressure
located about 650 miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja
California Peninsula have changed little in organization. This
system still has some potential for development during the next 12
to 24 hours before the environment becomes unfavorable for tropical
cyclone formation.
