Showers and thunderstorms associated with an area of low pressure located about 140 miles south of Zihuatanejo, Mexico, have become better organized today. Although upper-level winds are not particularly conducive for additional development, only a slight increase in organization could result in the formation of a tropical depression during the next day or so.
