For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Depression Four-E, located several hundred miles southwest
of Manzanillo, Mexico.

A small area of low pressure located several hundred miles southwest
of the Gulf of Tehuantepec is producing disorganized showers and
thunderstorms.  Some development of this system is possible over the
next few days while it moves west-northwestward or northwestward at
10 to 15 mph.
