For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical 
Storm Philippe, located several hundred miles east-southeast of the 
northern Leeward Islands, and on Tropical Storm Rina, located over 
the central subtropical Atlantic.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 7 days.
