206 ABNT20 KNHC 011739 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 200 PM EDT Fri Sep 1 2023 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: Active Systems: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Franklin, located several hundred miles northeast of Bermuda, on Post-Tropical Cyclone Idalia, located a couple of hundred miles west-southwest of Bermuda, on Tropical Storm Jose, located several hundred miles east-northeast of Bermuda, on Tropical Depression Gert, located several hundred miles east-southeast of Bermuda, and on newly formed Tropical Depression Twelve, located a few hundred miles northwest of the Cabo Verde Islands. Eastern and Central Tropical Atlantic: A tropical wave is expected to move off the west coast of Africa during the next day or so.
