For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane 
Sam, located about 500 miles east-northeast of Bermuda, and on 
recently downgraded Tropical Depression Victor, located over the 
eastern tropical Atlantic.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
