For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical 
Storm Epsilon, located several hundred miles east of Cape Race 
Newfoundland, and on Tropical Storm Zeta, located over the 
northwestern Caribbean Sea.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
