For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane 
Epsilon, located over the west-central Atlantic Ocean, and on 
newly formed Tropical Depression Twenty-Eight, located over the 
northwest Caribbean Sea. 

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
