For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical 
Storm Fay, located just offshore of the Delmarva Peninsula. 

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next five 
days.
