000 ABNT20 KNHC 232328 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 700 PM EST Fri Nov 23 2018 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: A complex, non-tropical low pressure system is forecast to develop over the southwestern Atlantic late Saturday or Sunday. This low is expected to move rapidly eastward to east-northeastward over the western and central Atlantic during the next few days. Conditions appear to be a little less favorable for the system to acquire subtropical characteristics during that time. Regardless of subtropical development, winds to gale force are expected over portions of the western Atlantic during the next couple of days, and then spread over the central Atlantic by early next week.
