The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Potential
Tropical Cyclone Eighteen, located over the northwestern Caribbean
Sea.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...high...80 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...high...80 percent.

A non-tropical area of low pressure is expected to form next week
over the east-central Atlantic Ocean.  Some subtropical or tropical
development of this low is possible by the middle of next week while
it meanders well to the southwest of the Azores.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent.
