A non-tropical area of low pressure located over the southeastern Gulf of Mexico continues to produce disorganized showers and thunderstorms across the Florida peninsula, west-central Cuba, and the adjacent waters. Upper-level winds are not favorable for tropical cyclone formation, and the low is expected to weaken tonight.
