For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane
Irma, located north of eastern Cuba, on Hurricane Jose, located
several hundred miles east of the Leeward Islands, and on Hurricane
Katia, located over the southwestern Gulf of Mexico.

A tropical wave near the coast of Africa is currently producing
limited shower activity.  Some gradual development of this system
is possible in a few days while it moves west-northwestward over
the eastern Atlantic Ocean.
