For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

A tropical wave, located a few hundred miles south of the Cabo Verde
Islands, is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms.  Some
slow development of this system is possible this weekend as it moves
westward at 10 to 15 mph.
