For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Storm Cindy, located a couple of hundred miles south of the central
Louisiana coast.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.

and under AWIPS header MIATCPAT3. Forecast/Advisories on Cindy
