For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane
Joaquin, located about 160 miles north of Bermuda.

Disorganized cloudiness and thunderstorms located a little more than
1000 miles east of the Lesser Antilles are associated with a broad
low pressure area.  Upper-level winds are expected to be unfavorable
for tropical cyclone formation, and development of this system is
becoming less likely as the low moves west-northwestward at about
15 mph.
