For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Storm Ida, located more than a thousand miles east of the Leeward
Islands.

A broad and elongated area of low pressure is located about midway
between the southeastern United States coast and Bermuda.
Environmental conditions do not support tropical or subtropical
cyclone formation, and any development of this system this week is
expected to be non-tropical.
