Isolated moderate convection is noted north of 05N west of 90W. ...INTERTROPICAL CONVERGENCE ZONE/MONSOON TROUGH... The monsoon trough extends from Panama near 09N78W over Costa Rica to 14N94W to 06N128W. The ITCZ extends from 06N128W to beyond 06N140W. Scattered moderate and isolated front convection extends from 08N-14N between 92W-105W. Scattered moderate convection is noted from 05N-07N between 113-121W. Isolated moderate convection is noted north of 05N west of 90W. ...OFFSHORE WATERS WITHIN 250 NM OF MEXICO... A weak pressure gradient between ridging offshore and lower pressure over the Baja California peninsula is forcing moderate to fresh NW winds over the Baja California offshore zones. Moderate to fresh SW to W winds are occurring south of the monsoon trough over the Gulf of Tehuantepec. Elsewhere winds are moderate or weaker. Seas are 6-9 ft in the Gulf of Tehuantepec, 1-3 ft in the Gulf of California, and 4-6 ft elsewhere. For the forecast, moderate to fresh NW winds off Baja California Norte will diminish tomorrow as high pressure weakens. Elsewhere, winds and seas will be quiescent for the next several days. ...OFFSHORE WATERS WITHIN 250 NM OF CENTRAL AMERICA, COLOMBIA, AND WITHIN 750 NM OF ECUADOR...
