Based on 0000 UTC surface analysis and satellite imagery through 0300 UTC. ...INTERTROPICAL CONVERGENCE ZONE/MONSOON TROUGH... The monsoon trough extends from 14N92W to 10N121W to beyond 09N140W. Scattered moderate convection is from 08N to 13N between 102W and 128W. OFFSHORE WATERS WITHIN 250 NM OF MEXICO... Moderate to fresh NW winds will prevail across the area. NW swell across the northern waters will continue enhancing the combined seas west of Baja tonight. Seas will subside from 12 ft to 8 ft overnight and continue decreasing to 5-6 ft through the forecast period. Gentle winds will persist south of Cabo Corrientes and the Gulf of Tehuantepec. Gentle to moderate NW winds are expected from Puerto Vallarta to Manzanillo, with seas ranging between 4-6 ft. OFFSHORE WATERS WITHIN 250 NM OF CENTRAL AMERICA, COLOMBIA, and WITHIN 750 NM OF ECUADOR... Seas of 4 to 6 ft prevail in this area, in a mix of SW cross- equatorial swell and NW swell.
