The monsoon trough extends from 13.6N89.9W to 09N120W and beyond 08N140W. Scattered moderate convection is from 06N to 13N between 104W and 128W. OFFSHORE WATERS WITHIN 250 NM OF MEXICO... Northwest winds across the Gulf of California have diminished this afternoon, while moderate to fresh NW winds continue across the offshore waters of Baja California. NW swell across the northern waters will increase combined seas west of Baja. Peak seas of 10 to 12 ft will prevail today off of Baja Norte. These conditions will gradually subside into Tuesday. Gentle winds will persist south of Cabo Corrientes and the Gulf of Tehuantepec. Gentle to moderate NW winds are expected from Puerto Vallarta to Manzanillo, with seas ranging between 4-6 ft. OFFSHORE WATERS WITHIN 250 NM OF CENTRAL AMERICA, COLOMBIA, and WITHIN 750 NM OF ECUADOR... Seas are in the 4 to 6 ft range in this area, in a mix of SW cross-equatorial swell and NW swell.
