Gentle to moderate winds prevail elsewhere over Mexican offshore waters, with 4 to 6 ft combined seas in open waters, with a component of southerly swell. No significant thunderstorm activity is noted. The cold front will dissipate tonight as it reaches Baja California Norte. Until it does, moderate to fresh S winds will continue in the northern Gulf of California. As high pressure builds in behind the front, fresh to strong NW winds and seas to 9 ft are expected Tue and Wed offshore Baja California Norte.
