Satellite imagery indicates that the center of Fernand made
landfall along the coast of northeastern Mexico around 1115 AM CDT
(1515 UTC) about 35 miles (55 km) north of La Pesca with estimated
maximum sustained winds of 45 mph (75 km/h).
